(Project Budget under 50K) (Cue sheets must be submitted to us via email or fax. Cue sheets do not incur charges to you or your client.) • Modify or alter our music as necessary for your use. • Reproduction up to 5,000 Videograms/Downloads (DVD, Video cassette, etc.)
You MAY NOT: (without obtaining an expanded or custom license from KMP)
• Use for a production where a distributor replicates more than 5,000 copies. • Air our music on National TV broadcast via cable or network channels and companies. • Use our music for a major theatrical feature film release exhibited nationally in public commercial theatres or productions broadcast in more than one country. • Use our music to compete with Kings Music Production in any way. • Incorporate our music into a new copyrighted work without written permission and/or present our music compositions as your own. Appropriate credits for Kings Music Production must be documented. • Use any music in connection with any form of pornography.
