You (the Purchaser) have been granted by Kings Media Productions (a division of King of Kings Records), a limited license to access and use the custom Podcast (provided by KMP), on your designated company website (that you have provided to KMP).
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATIVE TO THE MUSIC CONTENT OF YOUR PODCAST PRODUCTION. BY USING THE CONTENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
MUSIC LICENSE Your customized audio Podcast includes royalty-free, original music produced by Kings Media Productions Company. The music and audio content [master recordings(s) and underlying musical composition(s)] are the copyrighted property of KMP and are provided non-exclusively to you solely for the described uses of this term and agreement.
It has been produced solely for broadcast on your website, You may not, without obtaining an additional license from KMP, adapt, synchronize, reproduce and distribute the music and audio content of this Podcast.
WARRANTY KMP warrants the workmanship of the content media to be free from defects(ie... glitches in audio quality) for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. KMP will replace any such defective media during warranty period. If KMP is unable to deliver satisfactory results, we will refund your price for such defective content. KMP shall have no liability for any narrative changes from the original script provided. Requested changes by customer will be made at the KMP studio recording hourly rate of $40 per hour. An addendum to this agreement and/or invoice will be issued prior to completion of requested changes.
